HYDROGEN VIGIL – 2W: CHS-HTR-PH-100-2W

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FOR LONG DISTANCE TRANSMISSION

 

 

CHS-HTR-PH-100-2W, is an input device compatible with Analogue Transmitter S4H-Tx-01 (0 to 20 mA), where long distance transmission of signal is required in industries.
  • The transducer houses a solid state electrochemical Sensor which directly, specifically and intelligently measures hydrogen gas presence in surrounding gaseous fluid medium, with a self generated output, carried through two-wires for FS and is intrinsically safe to Exia-IIC.
  • The sensor is housed in Teflon and the transducer housing is metallic chosen from among Brass (Plated) and MS (Plated) or SS to suit the environment.
  • The measuring capability is direct and is not based on co-relation methods.
  • In-built heaters are not required and most importantly, it does not suffer any consequence up on high hydrogen exposure, a very crucial feature in safety applications.
  • It is flexible for mounting, through female threaded adapter on walls/ceiling or submerged in any machine/pipeline while in twin configuration.
  • It is held together by S4H-Tx-01 mounting in case of integral configuration.
  • Separate calibration system is available. The transducer design is compatible for in-situ attempts, in a user friendly way.
